On May 18, 2019, the company introduced internationally leading 6S and 8S intelligent production lines and completely phased out old-fashioned matrix machines. This intelligent production line upgrade realized efficient and large-scale production.

To break the bottlenecks of traditional manual forming and outdated matrix machines, such as low efficiency, poor precision and high rejection rate, the enterprise invested heavily in introducing world-class 6S & 8S intelligent production lines, fully replacing outdated equipment and completing the full-process intelligent transformation of production.

The new production lines realize fully automatic operation from raw material feeding, glass melt forming to initial inspection and sorting. Equipped with intelligent manipulators and AI inspection equipment, the system conducts high-precision scanning in real time to accurately identify tiny defects such as scratches, bubbles and dimensional deviations, with detection precision reaching the micron level. The rejection rate has been strictly controlled from over 10% in traditional processes to less than 3%.

Meanwhile, the production lines adopt flexible manufacturing technology, enabling intelligent mixed production of various glass bottles. Production of different specifications and designs can be switched flexibly without frequent equipment adjustment. Daily output has increased by more than 8%, and overall production efficiency has risen by 50%.

In addition, the enterprise introduced a digital management system to integrate production, warehousing and logistics into intelligent control, realizing real-time monitoring of production parameters, visual management of order progress and precise allocation of raw materials. It combines large-scale production with refined management.

The annual production capacity has increased from tens of millions of bottles to 230 million units, with more than 10,000 bottle designs available, covering spirits bottles, spray-painted bottles, special-shaped bottles and all other categories. This has laid a solid foundation for accepting large orders from well-known wine and spirits enterprises worldwide.

Innovative Deep Processing & Finishing Technologies Empower High-End Customization.To meet the growing market demand for personalized and premium glass bottles, the company focused on R&D and innovation in deep processing technologies, breaking through the limitations of traditional processes. We have built a complete and mature technical system including spray glazing, screen printing, fired decal, gold plating, sandblasting and other high-end finishes, with many independently developed innovative processes.

For spraying, we introduced high-end electrostatic spraying lines that ensure even, full and highly adhesive color application on complex patterns and logos, effectively solving problems such as blurry patterns and significant color difference in traditional spraying.

Upgrading of Melting Technology Achieves Dual Improvement in Green Energy Saving & Product Quality.Targeting industry pain points of traditional coal-fired melting processes – including high energy consumption, excessive emissions, and insufficient glass melt purity – our company took the lead in introducing advanced electric-assisted melting and gas-assisted melting technologies, and completed localized optimization based on our actual production needs, breaking through the limitations of traditional melting processes.

Different from traditional flame furnaces that rely mainly on fuel combustion, our upgraded technology uses flame melting as the base and adds electrode devices in key melting zones to precisely inject electric energy into the glass melt for auxiliary heating. Electric energy accounts for 20%–30% of total energy input, supporting flexible adjustment of output and realizing a dual-purpose furnace production mode, which perfectly matches mixed production of various bottle types.

Meanwhile, our R&D team optimized the furnace structure by adopting bottom bubbling, furnace sill, and deep clarification technologies. The furnace body is built with zirconia-corundum bricks with gaps strictly controlled below 0.5mm, ensuring stable operation. The melting temperature is precisely maintained at 1550–1600°C, effectively eliminating bubbles and impurities in the glass melt. As a result, bottle transparency is improved by over 30% and impact resistance increased by 25%, completely solving the problems of easy breakage and poor light transmittance of traditional glass bottles.

In addition, the new technology greatly reduces energy consumption – unit energy consumption decreased by 18% compared with traditional processes. We are equipped with a new integrated dust removal and denitrification system with composite ceramic tubes, replacing the traditional SCR system. This reduces ammonia water consumption for denitrification by 10% and electricity use by 5%. Flue gas emission indicators are far better than national environmental standards.

We successfully resolved the challenges of high energy consumption and excessive emissions. Supported by local government energy security policies, we effectively reduced production costs and laid a solid foundation for the company’s large-scale development.

Independent Mold R&D and Manufacturing, Breaking Foreign Technical Monopoly.In the early stage of establishment, our glass wine bottle molds relied entirely on external procurement, which resulted in high costs and poor adaptability. Mold precision often failed to meet customized production requirements. In addition, any mold malfunction required waiting for external suppliers to carry out repairs, which severely disrupted production schedules.

To overcome these bottlenecks, the company established a dedicated mold R&D team, invested special funds to build a professional mold processing workshop, and introduced high-precision mold processing equipment to achieve independent mold R&D and manufacturing.

After repeated testing and continuous optimization, we successfully broke through three core difficulties: mold design, material selection, and precision processing. We realized fully independent production covering mold design, CNC machining, polishing, and mold testing. The mold precision reaches ±0.01 mm, fully supporting the production of glass bottles of various specifications and complex shapes.

The successful development of independent molds has reduced mold procurement costs by more than 40% and shortened the mold delivery cycle from 15–20 days to only 7–10 days. We have completely got rid of dependence on external mold suppliers. Meanwhile, we can quickly adjust mold parameters according to customers’ customized needs, greatly improving the efficiency of customized services. This has become one of our core advantages in accepting high-end customized orders.
